Frequently asked questions

What areas do you service?

We are based in Clyde and try to limit our travel time to 1 hour for regular cleans. We currently service Rosebud to Longwarry and everywhere in between. Please send us a message and we can often accommodate those that are further.


What services do you offer?

What frequency do you offer?

We can attend your home as frequently as you choose. The most common is weekly and fortnightly, however we can also do monthly and once off cleans.


Can I meet my cleaner before my clean?

Absolutely. We want you to be comfortable with the people you allow into your home. Our cleaners are available to meet you and have a chat about your specific needs.


Do you offer quotes?

Of course. In fact we prefer to come to your home to sit with you and create a FREE personalised quotes that meets your needs.


Do I have to be home when you come to clean?

The short answer is no, you don't. Most clients provide us with a key, this key is placed in a locked cabinet. If you prefer you can simply leave us a key and we will pout it back when we are done or of course you can stay at home if you prefer.


Do I need to provide anything?

Definitely not. We bring all our own equipment and products. We are proud to use Eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your children, pets and the environment. 


How do I pay?

Our policy provides for same day payment. You will receive an invoice the evening of your completed clean and we ask for bank transfer. For end of lease or vacate cleans we ask for a 50% deposit on booking and the balance 3 days prior to commencement of your clean.


Are you insured and do you have an ABN?

YES and YES. Rest assured we are fully covered and registered.


What's included in your cleans?

Kitchen: Stove top, splash backs, outside of rangehood and oven door, and sink. Outside of cabinetry, bench tops with items moved and wiped under. Appliances such as kettles, toasters & microwaves etc are wiped over. Dusting throughout the home (where accessible and where there are not excessive or irreplaceable items). Bathrooms: Shower cleaned, shower grout scrubbed, bath cleaned, vanities, mirrors, outside of cabinetry, toilet cleaned top to bottom. Towels tidied on rails. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. Straighten any bed linen and empty bins as needed also. Laundry wiped and floors cleaned


Extras can include oven cleaning, changing bed linen, skirting boards, windows (interior and exterior for single storey, interior only for 2 storey), window sills and tracks, clothes washing/folding. We're happy to do most tasks as long as they are arranged before your clean
